TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. APPLICATION

    STRAPPED CAMERA CO. TERMS & CONDITIONS

    These terms and conditions form a contract between you, our customer(“the customer”), and Strapped Camera Co. ABN 79 482 640 278(“Strapped Camera Co.”) as the service provider (collectively referred to as“the Parties”).

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia and the Parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Queensland.

    All purchases of products from Strapped Camera Co. are governed by these terms and conditions.

    Strapped Camera Co. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice to the customer.

    If any provision of these terms and conditions is unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severed from these terms and conditions and the balance will remain in full force and effect.

  2. OUR PRODUCTS

    The products that Strapped Camera Co. offer include, but are not limited to, kangaroo leather camera straps (“the products”).

  3. DEFINITION

    In these terms and conditions, any reference to Strapped Camera Co. includes its agents, contractors and subcontractors who are engaged in the creation, provision or maintenance of the products.

  4. GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (“GST”)

    In this section, all terms have the meaning given to them by the:

    a) A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999; and

    b) A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Regulation 1999

    as amended from time to time and all material published by the AustralianTaxation Office (“the ATO”).

  5. PRICING & TERMS OF PAYMENT

    The Parties agree that the prices of all products offered for purchase from Strapped Camera Co. are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

    The prices of the products shall be determined by Strapped Camera Co. at the time of the customer’s online purchase.

    The prices of the products shall be paid to Strapped Camera Co. at the time of the customer’s online purchase.

  6. METHOD OF PAYMENT

    Strapped Camera Co. will accept payment by way of direct debit, credit card, debit card and payment via PayPal and Shopify.

    Strapped Camera Co will not accept any other form of payment for the purchase of products.

  7. POSTAGE & DELIVERY

    The cost of postage is not included in the price of the products. The cost ofpostage will be at the customer’s expense and will be determined by return to the customer’s delivery address.

  8. WARRANTY

    Strapped Camera Co. will provide a one (1) year warranty for product fault only. The one (1) year warranty does not include general wear and tear or misuse of the product. The one (1) year warranty does not cover damage to the product if it has been used to hold a camera and/or lens which has a weight in excess of five (5) kilograms.

  9. RETURNS

    Strapped Camera Co. will offer a refund to the customer within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the product for change of mind purchases. The product must be posted back to Strapped Camera Co. in its original condition and in the original packaging with tags intact at the customer’sown expense.

    The cost of postage will be at the customer’s own expense and no refund of postage will be given by Strapped Camera Co.

    A refund for the cost of the product returned will be given at the absolute discretion of Strapped Camera Co.

  10. LIABILITY

    The customer, together with its Executors and Successors, hereby indemnifies and holds indemnified Strapped Camera Co. and its providers personally, against any loss or damage that the customer may sustain, whether to property or by personal injury, as a result of the customer’s useof the products purchased from Strapped Camera Co.

    This indemnity extends to any other activity undertaken prior to, during the course of or immediately following the customer’s use of the purchased product, whether or not such loss or damage is suffered as a result of the negligence of Strapped Camera Co., its providers, or any other related party.

  11. AGREEMENT

    The customer agrees to having carefully read and fully understood and agreed to these terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any product from Strapped Camera Co.

    The customer has agreed voluntarily, and recognises that by doing so the customer is, affording to Strapped Camera Co., and its providers personally, a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent permitted by law.

    The customer acknowledges that its agreement with these terms and conditions shall continue unless and until any changes are agreed to in writing with Strapped Camera Co.
